"This has to be the worst ever experience with an Insurance agent and his company. Had a vehicle breakdown that required a tow, I'm with the vehicle and on a main busily traveled major Hwy, place the tow request and don't hear anything for an hour and then receive a call from a tow driver that says he's just been dispatched for our tow and he'll be another 50 minutes barring no traffic issues. Having to wait over 2 hours for a tow is just damn ridiculous. Only thing this agent does is take your monthly vehicle payment and try to upsell more insurance coverage. This isn't the first experience of a long and tiring wait for a tow. This agent and his business is awful. Will definitely be looking for something thats cheaper and provides a quality service."

"The office staff provides excellent service. I love that I can handle most things via text communication since it's not always easy to work a phone call into the day. I haven't compared prices since I enrolled a few years ago, but a small survey of other friends implies they are in line with other companies in regards to rates. The claims department (which is reflective of State Farm - not this office, specifically) is awful with communication."

"I moved all of my insurance to StateFarm, Chad Mitchell’s agency and everyone’s attitude has been super. The only snag I experienced were communications between my big bank mortgage department and State Farm. Still not sure what went wrong but in the end what seemed to work was me sending the State Farm documents directly to the Mortgage department - the ‘banks way’ - & the bank was not much help at all; no phone numbers to talk to them! But, I am very happy I changed!"
